If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you receive, we'll be happy to process a refund for your order. We accept requests for returns within 30 days from when we ship your order. Please note: we do not issue credit for shipping fees.
Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credit for cut strands, opened items, or partially used items.
Returning items from multiple orders:
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, each order represented must have its own return authorization code. If you include multiple returns in the same shipment, please keep them separate and group each one with its return request code, so we can be sure to apply your credits correctly.
We are not able to process exchanges but can provide a full refund for all qualifying items that you return.
